Not Recommended No water pressure. Major remodel needed. 1st room TV wouldn’t turn on, had a black cord with white switch going up wall & it didn’t click to turn off, window shade mechanism broke (felt like pulling a bucket of 5 lbs or so to close it), tub faucet broken (couldn’t pull up on shower diverter to turn shower on) & tub filled with water, stained towels, no luggage rack. Lady at front desk was professional & switched our room. 2nd room had same black wire up wall on 1 side with the lampshade but at least that cord had a black cord & black swivel that worked. Water pressure was not great at night & then no pressure in morning - water literally tricked out of the faucet & shower head, sometimes no pressure to get shower to work. We called front desk & got hung up on, called back & said they would check into it & never called back. Roman shade better on window in 2nd room, but had a broken cord. People in elevator also said horrible water pressure same for them. Only positive was bird shaped Kleenex, bird shaped washcloths & bows in toilet paper made by room attendant Ana Saravia (only in 2nd room). Wouldn’t honor card that said free breakfast not honored even after all that trouble. Quann took some notes & said mgr will call to give points or something but never received a call. Don’t stay even if remodel due to water pressure.

Old. Tired. Bad. Arrived late afternoon - 4pm. Should have been an easy, quick check-in, but the one(1) young male front desk person was having difficulty. After 10-15 minutes of delay and others waiting as well, there was a swarm of people to the desk area, but still no explanation or movement. When confronted about the delay, the woman(in charge?) gave NOTHING but attitude. There is an acronym I could use here but I won’t. Major attitude and still no explanation or apology for the delay. A bad experience that a Gold Member should not have and nor recognized. The hotel and the room I had(417) are also tired, worn out and worn down. Definitely in need of an update. Plenty of other options I’ll explore next time. Hilton should look at their personnel options here as well.

A place to think twice about if you're at all handicapped. A friend with a walker and I stayed one night at this hotel. She had requested an accessible room with two beds. If she had been in a wheelchair, this room would have been impossible, too narrow. As for the bathroom, it had a bathtub with maybe something in the bottom to be less slippery and lots of grab bars, but NO towel bars. The counter by the sink offered next to no space for toiletries -- and there are two of us. Apparently, you need to ask for a shower that you can roll into. My friend doesn’t need that, but climbing into a bathtub is dangerous for her. The room had no water-type cups, only coffee cups. The coffee maker was nice, but located in such a way as to make it difficult to use. And the room cost over $200. ATTENTION: Most hotels these days offer a free breakfast. NOT SO, this one. It was $9 for a continental breakfast and $13 for a hot breakfast. The Pluses: Comfortable beds, real half-and-half instead of powder in the room. Need a hotel in the area? Immediately behind this is a Hilton Homewood Suites. The price is about the same, the room is much, much larger (but may not offer two beds), the bathroom has counter space by the sink, and breakfast is included in the price of the room (i.e., free).

Go somewhere else!! Well below Hilton Standards We stayed here as a traveling soccer team. The hotel is old and shows its age. All the carpets were super dirty and stained. When we arrived on Friday night, nasty old french fries were in the elevator- they were still there Sunday when we left. The base trim in our room was missing. Wooden floors squeak when the above guests walk around. Skip the Breakfast- nasty turkey sausage- crunchy scrambled eggs. The milk was warm.

Avoid Overpriced. $15 buffet breakfast was exact same food selections as other hotels' buffet breakfasts that are included in room cost. Digital key was canceled on day of departure BEFORE we checked out. Towels not replenished and trash not picked up as promised.
