Room Change - make certain computer gets updated! The parking lot is at end of a dead end road and Google Maps had a bit of trouble guiding me. Once I knew where it was there was no problem. We arrived in the _early_ afternoon and the AM clerk allowed us to check in even though our room wasn't quite ready. We were going to use the pool while we waited but then the clerk called housekeeping and found another room was already ready. This was both a blessing and a curse. The next morning around 9:30 Juan (the manager) knocked on our door. They were confused because the AM guy forgot to update the computer. Oh well.... But it was super easy fix. Room was 2 king beds plus a pull out couch. The beds were good but the pull out was much better as a couch. Three tables in the room with 2 chairs made it a bit challenging with multiple kids but we managed ok! The kids loved the indoor pool and I loved the super warm hot tub. Only be aware ... There's no elevator so being on the second floor was a bit of a pain at check in and check out.

A pleasant refuge from the storm We were seeking refuge from a 3-day power outage in Portland and this was the closest accommodation we could find. The room was fine, bed comfortable and everything was clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We were especially impressed with the kindness of the staff at the front desk. They were very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. Although we don't have any pets, it was nice to hear that pets were being allowed to stay due to the unusual circumstances. The location turned out to be perfect..right off the highway, and many decent restaurants very close by to choose from. We did not use the pool or exercise room, but nice that it's available.

Priced good, some service was missing As my lead states, some service just MIA !!! We stayed here for the Memorial Day Wknd 2022. On Sunday AM, the breakfast service was present and accounted for but on Monday nothing. I told the folks at the front desk and they were unaware. In fact they didn't even have hot coffee. So we went out for breakfast. When I asked if they could do anything for us, they chuckled and said "this happens on and off, where the people that run breakfast, just fail to show up" ! The price for a room was about average for the area and the room, so if the "implied included breakfast is important to you", then know it'll be a 50/50 if it is served !

Gross First off the smell of the room hit hard when we walked in. It was so gross. If they weren't sold out we would ha e asked for a different room. The deadbolt was broken in more than one place & did nothing. The artwork was all gone from the walls with just the holders still there looking dumb. The bathroom tile grout was white under the sink and got blacker and blacker toward the shower. Around the toilet the grout was moldy orange. Just Ew. The beds and comforters looked old and not well kept. The only saving grace was the beds weren't terrible. They weren't great, but they weren't terrible. Oh and make sure to get a parking pass for your car or they say they will tow it away.

Worth reading My boyfriend and I stayed here for three days because I had surgery. They were extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and fresh and any request for extra pillows or food was easily handled. Great breakfast even eggs with sausage gravy. But more importantly this is a new owner who bought just prior to covid-19. Even so they kept the hotel open for the people that had no place to go. They kept the hotel open when the fires took place people lost their homes. They are very giving set of owners. They follow all state rules for covid. Spraying each room as a customer vacates. We need more owners like this and companies like this to help provide for those that had the unexpected happened to them. This is from a Goldendale couple that Ranch in Goldendale
