Great location Stayed here for a wedding and my friends and I were impressed. The front desk staff were extremely friendly (especially the male, can't remember his name nut had a great conversation about New York during check-in). My only complaint was how slow it was for the staff to replenish the trays during breakfast. Especially with the weekend crowd.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, forget the breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel is welcoming as is the staff. The staff had patients of a saint with some of the ridiculous questions asked of them. Breakfast was terrible and I wrote to them directly about what they need to improve it.

Room in need of repair I love this Hyatt House; however they need to spend time repairing/renovating the rooms. Window leak created quite a mess.

Very good hospitality service. Made my stay comfortable and worthwhile. Didn’t have much interaction with the front desk or staff but housekeeping did a good job cleaning my room.

Trip with Kids The hotel was very clean, pool and breakfast included which made the price very reasonable! They had complimentary computers in the loony that was helpful when needed at the last moment to complete a task for work. Would highly recommend!
