Up for the challenge I reached out to the Director of Sales, Stephanie Simmons with an ASAP catering request. Working with her entire team, we received services in less than a half an hour. Amazing work Chef!. More so, the General Manager, Tina Fleming was on hand, introducing herself and ensuring all was taken care of. The Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport is up for the challenge.

Convenience is Key It's your typical Sheraton Hotel therefore rooms appear a little dated though overall, noticeably clean and very nice staff. Everyone appeared pleasant and polite. Rooms again a little dated but beds slept well, very clean with a 10/10 shower. I don't specifically care for shower "curtains" but all acceptable. Would definitely recommend if you're flying in late as you can walk to hotel from gate. Here for a meeting which made the entire process very convenient and easy.

A little disappointed The two double beds where lumpy and sank in the middle... rug was coming up in the middle of the floor I tripped on it twice after reporting it was not given a choice of another room very convenient for flying out and normally its a great place to stay but not this time

Great decision! I had two stays and two different experiences. First the good - I had a return flight that came in late and instead of the drive home I decided to stay. I went on to the Marriott app and chatted the hotel to request one of the renovated rooms. This was on the 8th floor and it was really nice. Really big new shower, great water pressure, nice little night light on the mirror. Beds were very comfortable and the TV was gigantic. On my flight three weeks prior I had been in one of the older rooms and while it wasn't terrible it was definitely dated and the bed was super hard. The one plus was the runway view. My advice is to ask for a renovated room. For the price it was well worth it. A bummer that the Starbucks isn't open (or wasn't at this time of writing) but you can walk right into the pre-screening area and get Dunkin Donuts. I'm only taking one star off because of the older rooms. The front staff was extremely helpful when my bag did not arrive with my plane and supplied me with items I needed. Easy app check in and check out. I didn't see one other guest my whole time there either in the halls or the lobby. It all felt quite clean and they had everything marked for social distancing. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The convenience to walk right on into the airport for an early flight was the best.

What a horrible place We had to stay here, after visiting our son, due to a early morning flight. The room was passable, with no indication of sanitation - no plastic around disposable cups, no sanitary strip across the toilet, no plastic wrapped blanket, etc. It was one scary experience! I will be complaining to Marriott.
