Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel

Will never stay again Pool hasnt been open in 2 years, Lobby is old outdated and dirty. Only 2 elevators for guests and the many RESIDENTS that currently live in the hotel now. Rooms very outdated, rips in the box springs, poor quality mattresses in King size rooms

Disgusting, Filthy, Refugee Camp Hotel Terrible hotel. This hotel has been turned a refugee hotel. There is security everywhere, people hanging around the lobby and elevators, pool and fitness room closed, safe in room broke, construction workers drilling above our room during the day, no microwave in the room so you have a filthy, community microwave to share with everyone in the lobby, coffee machine in the lobby not working, adjacent parking lot had a guy smoking crack on the stairway that we had to walk by, waited over 10 minutes to finally get an elevator to the 16th floor because each time an elevator came it was filled with people and had to wait for the next one, whenever the elevator doors would open the hallways were filled with approximately 2 feet of garbage and takeout food containers lined up along the walls, dirty, dirty, dirty hotel. Do not stay here, it is unsafe, unclean and sure is not a place I would ever take my family for a holiday. It used to be nice, and not it is so run down, smelly, and not worth the aggravation from the staff. The front staff was kind and sympathetic, but when it came to a refund, forget it, all of a sudden the management changed and refused to give us a credit for another Best Western. I have been a Diamond Member for about 5 years now, and love the chain but no longer will I be a loyal client. The only good thing about this dump is the view, pillows and bed. Thats it, nothing else. Never again.

Comfortable, Clean Room with Fabulous View The reception was welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable as were the occasional chair and desk chair. The housekeeping staff were efficient and polite. The view of the Detroit River was fabulous. The restaurant staff provided excellent service. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty.

Above and Beyond We had a wonderful weekend at this amazing hotel, our 2nd time here. Beautiful room, amazing views and awesome restaurant. Angelina checked us in and went above and beyond making us comfortable, couldn't do enough for us, upgraded our room arranged parking etc. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxurious stay with panoramic views!!!

Sorry I'm late Great location. Convenient parking. Close to downtown windsor and the river. Great view from our room Beds were comfortable and room was well looked after. Pool was closed when we were there so we went to the public pool right around the corner. We had fun on this trip. Would we stay again? Yes
