Excellent Excellent hotel with spacious rooms huge windows. Our room had a view of the river and the Riverwalk. Breakfast at Smith’s was delicious and we were in walking distance to The Forks. The Human Rights museum was around the corner. I really liked this hotel.

Lovely hotel Very pleased with hotel after leaving another one in Winnipeg that was not good. First of all the rooms are perfect, clean, mattress was very comfy. I was very happy to have an elevator that could only be used with a card as I as a solo female traveller. Would stay here again and the restaurant was excellent!

Nice Location with Some Negatives Our stay started off terribly when we were assigned the wrong room on arrival at midnight and offered no assistance by staff but told to see staff in morning! However the next morning when we explained the mistake staff immediately corrected the room and gave us a voucher for breakfast. Positive: Room was quiet, staff was friendly and skilled (except first man checking us in), view was nice, convenient to river and Museum for Human Rights. Negatives: couch was uncomfortable, bathroom and front doors stuck, allergic to scented bar soap and no scent free alternative provided, bathroom especially shower was cramped.

Holiday at the Inn, not recommended _ We opted for a staycation during the holiday (Dec 24-25) but were disappointed to find out that the hotel's restaurant and spa were closed during our stay. We were unaware of this during booking, we felt stuck in our room with nothing to do and nowhere to go since the forks market was also closed. We were not provided with hotel amenity kits or even room slippers.

All wonderful - Hotel, great location A great hotel and great location. Friendly staff. Really like the restaurant downstairs!! All fabulous! My teenaged boys were able to play ping pong at the forks. They were able to go exploring for food and shops at the Forks. Will definitely return in the future.
