Poo on sheets If I could leave a zero I would. Toilet would not flush. They "fixed" it. Still didn't flush. They gave me a plunger. Bed had blood or poo stains in the middle of the sheets. Only sheets on the bed. Stray hairs in the shower. Overall disgusting _

Not the busiest time of the year I gave this place 3 start only because of the outstanding customer service. This is not the busiest time of the year. Also, the restaurant has very good food and prices are fair. Again, not the busiest time. Breakfast not the best, but okay. The hotel is filthy! I could barely breath. Sheets, pillows, mattress and towels are crying for replacement! They are old and totally worn out. I heard promises of renovation but until this happens, I'd try other places.

Good people :) We liked the simplicity of this lodge, and most of all how cool and kind all the staff was. Being able to store our bikes in the room with us is MUCH appreciated. The location is nice, though I could see someone in ski boots would be 100% reliant on a shuttle to go ski and come back. On a bike it's fine, we carefully crossed the highway and there's a trail to drop in. 10/10 for this place.

Do not stay here My wife and I pre booked for a week long trip the Suite with Mountain View 6 months in advance. We checked out 10 mins after checking in. It’s the first time in my life I found a hotel so disgusting that we could even stay. The carpets were torn and worn out in spots. The wooden posts on the bed were snapped off just leaving jagged wood. The headboard was broken and just leaning awkwardly on the head of the bed. There were dead flies on all the window sills. The curtains that were mounted to a ceiling rod were half torn out of the ceiling and hanging uselessly. Complete DUMP. Front slides person would not offer any refund and gave me the managers email but we never heard from them even after several attempts to contact. So not be deceived by the online pictures! The outside looks beautiful but sleeping on the streets would be cleaner than these rooms

Just DON’T!!! Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This place is a disaster. Everything, literally everything needs to be replaced. The windows in the more expensive mountain view rooms are so filthy you can’t see out (its dirt and condensation so the only fix in new windows), the beds are old and shaky, the TV is very small, the walls are dingy and need to be repainted, the a/c barely works, the window won’t close, there are holes in the drapes, and if you use the bathroom - might as well just wipe with your hand because the 1/16th ply toilet paper disintegrates. Seriously - a pup tent on the side of the highway would be better. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck.
