Hidden Gem I had never heard of this hotel until my company held a conference here. Amazingly clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. I can't wait to bring my family here for some R&R.

Amazing hotel! Luxury and great staff is the name of the game at this hotel. Everything was wonderful from check-in to check out. The room was gorgeous and the amenities are top notch!!

Super Hotel in Winter Park We have stayed here numerous occasions and always loved it. It is a quiet gem in a lovely city with a cool downtown that is walkable from the hotel too. The rooms are spacious with modern amenities including bathrobes. The digital accessories are great. We celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversary here! Breakfast of Eggs Benedict was superb!

A Fair and Honest Review The Alfond Inn is a lovely hotel. It is in a perfect location from which to experience all that Winter Park has to offer. Staff has always been kind and considerate. Having stayed there before I knew that I would need a winter jacket to be able to withstand the extremely cold temperatures of the common areas. The employees are comfortable because they are wearing long sleeves and jackets, while the guests freeze in their Florida finery. We had a lovely dinner at the Alfond which was eventually ruined by the loud band playing in the room leading into the dining room. There is no separation of the two areas, that really needs to be addressed. It could be easily fixed by adding doors. Other than that, you won't find a better hotel in Winter Park. I will return, wearing my winter jacket but I won't eat in the dining room until that issue is fixed.

Relaxed Beauty The hotel itself is very calm and beautiful. As a traveler, I immediately felt relaxed within 10 minutes of arrival. I went into the room and was absolutely amazed at how gorgeous it was from the barn door with the beautiful ornamentation to the bathroom. All the amenities were, wonderfully placed the room was neat. Not one complaint about the room. We had a nice snack the next day downstairs and enjoyed everything that we ordered. I didn’t eat at the restaurant due to time limitations but will next time. They have a spa area that I did not go into again because of time limitations. This hotel might be a little bit more expensive than I’m used to but worth every penny. Definitely coming back!
