Atlantis Waterpark Hotel

Nice pools and waterslide This was a great hotel for our 2 year old grandaughter with the zero depth pool and watersides. The hotel is dated and dirty. Could never find towels by pool front desk said they were washing them. Bed was uncomfortable. Front desk did not speak clear English so was a communication problem.

This hotel is perfect for our low key quiet family. I have too many positive things I could mention. Very pleasant and accommodating employees. Room was ideal for us. Hot tub …. Fabulous Balcony was great *glad our room faced the aqua dome side though. Plenty of comfy pillows. Air conditioning awesome. Mini-fridge not especially cold. TV operational issues. Only problems we encountered when “swimming” the outdoor kiddie slide needs a mat at the bottom. The floor in front of the indoor kiddie slide upon entering the aqua dome needs something to anti-slip that area. I love the peaceful aquatic themed decor in our room and the hotel.

This place could be awesome if updated. We needed 2 bedrooms for 6 people and most resorts were booked. We thought that was what we were getting. What we got was a 1 bedroom and a king bed and sofa bed in the living area. The whirlpool tub is a waste of space. No privacy. Could use a half bath instead. The pool area is large but like everything else needs updating. The TV in the bedroom didn't work but got changed the next day. Ana V. the general manager was welcoming and helpful when needed.

Atlantis Very nice hotel and centrally located. Close to Mt. Olympus and Noah's ark. Does not come with any passes to parks, but there indoor Waterpark is perfect for little ones. Does not have breakfast. Our room was very clean. Parking on site. Would stay again!

Minimally maintained but still acceptable The hotel is dated and minimally maintained. Our bed showed signs of many a toddler jumping on it. Floors shook in the evening with herds of children running by. Inadequate pool towels and service throughout. No food on site. On the good side the “water park” was just fine for our toddler grandchildren. It was all operational and maintained. It was not busy. Outdoor and indoor pools.
