Saturday Evening Stay Not a bad stay. Spent a Saturday evening here. Property, front desk, hallways, breakfast area, and swimming were all well maintained and clean. Staff was courteous. I hate the $100 incidential charge, only because they have a sign that states 5 to 7 business days returned. You take my money at the hit on an "Enter" button on a computer, but cannot give MY money back for days? I realize this issue is much higher than the front desk clerk. Love the Dove soap! My exhaust fan worked perfect in the bathroom. The establishment was quiet throughout the evening and the lighting was ample outside along with the security cameras. I would recommend resetting each camera before winter though. Some look off due to maybe wind and bird nests. Overall, a good stay. Thank you!

Serviceable with a good location and ample parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean, however they both seemed to be cooler than they should have been. The breakfast was acceptable and well presented. The two room, three bed suite was spacious and overall clean. All oof the beds were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was questionable with long black hairs in the tub and on the shower walls. The toilet, with its incorrect tank top, had to be opened occasionally to prevent the toilet from running unnecessarily. The wet bar / coffee service area appeared clean until we put the coffee pot into service. The coffee maker was filthy and because I dropped a coffee packet behind the microwave, moving it to retrieve the packet revealed a large coffee buildup as well as dust showing that the area behind and under the microwave were not frequently cleaned.

No complaints Clean , quiet and priced for the budget conscious. Great place to stay, enjoyed the swimming pool with hot tub and breakfast was satisfying..........................................................................................

Weekend away Hotel seemed a bit run down, needs to be updated and repaired. The beds were comfortable, and clean. It did look like they were in the process of making some updates to the hotel but from what I saw I don't think I would stay their again. Nice if you are on a budget though, just a place to lay down your head.

Horrible experience! So weeks later and now resolution. I have traumatic brain injury so I when I told GM the issues I mixed up exact time frames but my family cleared it up so now he makes me out to be a liar. Housekeeper that was male came in one morning and told him that we needed fresh towels and he said he needed to get in the bathroom, told him my daughter was in there and he refused to give me any and just stood there. Then he came back a bit later and before waiting to say if he could come in he walked into our room and my minor daughter was changing, and this traumatized her. Then the next day a female housekeeper came in and gave us towels and changed our garbage, with our permission. The GM is saying that neither one of them were in our room, family is a witness to it all. The room was full of chips on table, sink and tub had hair in it, Told night female staff and she said she would have someone come. up and did not, she was so rude. Then the two year old with us hit head on the wall because of garbage in the hall. I asked night staff for a refund so me could leave after everything and she refused it so we had no choice but to stay and avoided being there until we had to sleep. The GM was good at first about the situations but then he told me that I had to make my minor daughter talk to the police if I wanted a refund about the housekeeper, As wrong as it was for him to do, he did not speak English and I think it was not on purpose plus putting my daughter through that would be more traumatizing. I told him I would talk to the police but she was terrified. He said then no refund and start saying oh you said this date, not this date. Sorry I was so upset my brain did not function well and my daughters even emailed him to say they witnessed it. Now emails are ignored and no one will solve this. All I want is a refund. But warning, if you have children be careful of housekeepers just walking in on them.
