I'd rather sleep in my car..... I'm not going to complain about the dated, dirty, depressing room. I won't cry about the fact that if you take a shower, you need to be ready to answer the phone call from the front desk because the lack of a working bathroom vent causes all the steam to trigger the fire warning. And I certainly am not here today to warn you about the filthy pool. I'm just hear to talk about the noise. I wanted to treat my son to a special night out, including a night at the property, swimming in the pool, etc. I had the misfortune of staying in room 610, overlooking the pool / bar area. At 9:30 PM, when we were trying to settle down, the music was still blaring and the noise from the bar area was echoing throughout the atrium. I called the front desk and was told that the music is supposed to stop at 9 PM and that it would be taken care of. About 15-30 minutes later it was turned off. At that point the noise from the bar was still ridiculously loud. At 10:30 PM I called the front desk again and asked when the bar area was closing. I was told that last call was at 10 PM. OK, that’s fine, but there were people in the bar area until well after midnight and it was incredibly loud . Apparently that area isn't closed after last call? The noises echo and bounce around in that area and I can’t imagine that I’m the only person who has made this complaint. At the end, we were finally able to get to sleep around 1 AM and had to get up around 6 AM. The staff I spoke with was pleasant and, seemingly, none of this was their fault.

Quality of a 1 star motel except for staff Pros: Front desk staff Cons: Mouse infestation; saw 2 running down the hall and had 1 in our room. No drawers to put your clothes in. Not enough cups, coffee, or glassware for occupancy of room. Empty containers of lotion, conditioner, etc. Bathrooms do not vent, towels stay damp. Tiny, narrow trash cans, no room for trash. No housekeeping service during stay, so damp / dirty towels never replaced, overflowing tiny trash cans never emptied, beverage & shower supplies never refilled.

No AC & dismissive customer service Best description is this hotel is like a very good looking person with a terrible personality. The place looks great on the surface. The lobby is nice, the restaurant is attractive, and the rooms are decent. But the details of the stay did not meet the look of the hotel. Our first room, the door would not close. Maintenance was sent up, but could not fix the lock to make it latch. In addition, the phone to call down to the front desk did not work. Eventually, we were moved to a handicap accessible room down the hall. The bathroom in that room was incredibly old and dated (but actually pretty clean). However on a very hot day in Boston we got back to our room on the 7th floor to realize the AC was not working. The entire night was very uncomfortable (to say the least) and the only acknowledgement we got upon checking out was "yeah the AC isn't working" from the front desk person. Not a sorry, not even an offer of a bottle of water. And one final thing, neither room had any shower gel in the showers at all. The dispensers were bone dry in both. And when I asked I was simply told "it's been backordered for a while". I am a Hilton Diamond member, and I love the brand. But this was BY FAR one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Better than average Hilton Have stayed at this property several times and I always feel that is better ran than most Hilton’s. The rooms are always slightly cleaner and front desk seems just a little quicker. That being said, the best part of the hotel is the restaurant. Not your average lobby restaurant. It’s the type of restaurant I’d eat at even if it wasn’t in the lobby. The breakfast is also great!

Outdated rooms and Extremely dirty! Outdated and VERY Dirty! My night started when I checked in around 9:30 and I stood there for 10 minutes while the lady working the desk was talking on the phone with no acknowledgment that I was there. When I walked into the room I out my bag on the baggage rack and a cockroach ran across the floor into the cabinetry. 5 minutes later I opened the fridge to put my water in and another cockroach jumped off the top of the fridge. To be fair it could possibly have been the same one but either case not what you want to see right before bed. The rooms are very outdated. It feels like they are very old rooms and did a few cheap things to make them feel more up to date, like add a flat screen tv and a modern piece of cabinetry, but the bones are aged. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain had stains all over it, there was hair in the bathtub, and mold as you can see in the photos. The gym also did not look like anyone had wiped dust or sweat off of the equipment in months. This would literally take someone 10 minutes per day. I believe they have poor management as while I worked out I watched someone for over an hour shine the elevator lobby and it looked the same before as after. So not a labor issue, more of a leadership issue with no one prioritizing the work. The only reason it isn’t 1 star is that the public area in the lobby and restaurant are nice and modern and the staff was generally very friendly.
