Nice motel at a good price & location This motel room was very clean & very comfortable. It had a small fridge which was nice. The front staff was friendly enough. A great bagel place was right across the street. Great location. The ‘free breakfast’ was mearly a nutra grain bar, juice & coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

Okay room, service needs work We stayed overnight here as we had an event in Northport. It was Memorial Day weekend so I assume the prices were increased. It was pretty expensive for the quality but it wasn’t terrible for an overnight stay. Had a refrigerator which was nice. Fairly clean overall. Surprisingly quiet. My biggest gripe was the lady at the front desk when we went to check in seemed very disorganized and aloof to the people standing in front of her. She had a line of almost 15 people and would stop to answer phone calls and then deal with whatever they wanted on the computers for long periods of time without even acknowledging the line forming. When anyone said anything she’d just complain that the motel didn’t hire enough people. She really should have dealt with the line before dealing with any phone issues. It took us about 30 mins just to check in and we were only the second people in the line of 15. Really crazy. I know a few people were concerned about being late for weddings, etc so make sure you allow enough time before your event to check in if you have one just in case. As I said, overall not a bad room for overnight but service could definitely be worked on.

rude front desk staff My parents booked this hotel from ctrips.com. it listed free breakfast included. when they went to ask the next morning, the person told them no breakfast. They don't speak English so they must have difficulty to communicate. my mom felt something in her mouth and spat it on the floor. Front desk lady started yelling at them and took away their key card to their room. They had to call my aunt's family to help. After an hour long talk my uncle told me the hotel will compensate by giving them back $100. At the end of stay, the hotel offered $100 credit on a future stay. they would never go back there after this incident.

_! Be careful with this hotel! I made a reservation which had to be cancelled. I cancelled in the allowed cancellation timeframe. I was charged for the room. I contacted the hotel directly numerous times for a refund, was told that there would be a full refund coming to me in which I only received half of my money back and it took almost two weeks at that. Each time I called the front desk to resolve the issue (3-4 phone calls) I was put on hold for 15-20 minutes each time. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me I was not going to get a full refund, I was never allowed to speak to management. I was hung up on by the front desk a couple different times as they refused to accommodate my request for a refund. I called the corporate office to file a complaint only to be told that this hotel is independently owned and nothing could be done for me. This hotel and their staff is super unprofessional with horrible customer service. Super disappointed and out a couple hundred bucks!

clean and comfortable. Exceeded my expectation I was concerned about the hotel when reading the negative reviews. But I am glad that I decided to stay. we stayed at an upper level room. It's clean with comfortable bed and pillows. The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in after 10 pm. Overall, it exceeded my expectation.
