Perfect Exceptional staff in every job, extremely clean & comfortable; beautiful safe outdoor environment within hotel and outside ( park, walks to local grocery & restaurant/shopping). Primarily, we appreciated being able to have adjoining rooms— questionable initially but provided & perfect. Breakfast buffet every morning was amazing- Miguel, Sonia, Diana & all started off our days in such a positive way. Even the 6 yr old fell in love with them. The valets, concierges were exceptional from the moment we arrived from airport, through family wedding events, & getting us on our way home. They gave individual attention to each of us whenever we were in lobby. We appreciated the on-site car rental too.

Great Hotel, Even Better Staff This is my second time visiting the Warner Marriot Hotel and I am glad I am staying here again. The staff is attentive, the hotel rooms are clean, and the Starbucks in the hotel is pretty cool. Cristal A. helped me during my check-in, and her amazing personality made everything easy and smooth. Her humor made the stress of a long drive fade away. I walked to my room and I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the way the room felt. I will be coming back in the future. There are also plenty of small restaurants like cava only 5 min drive away.

Jonathan is the best! This is my second time staying at the Marriott Warner Center Woodland Hills for business. Our bartender Jonathan makes our stay very special every time! His special touch with adding fresh fruits and making you feel right at home. He always has a smile on his face. Thank you Jonathan! You really have a special employee in him.

Customer Service Upon arrival we were greeted by Ashley the bellman. He was very friendly and helpful. Everyone I stay at this hotel Ashley is always accommodating and gives outstanding customer service. He treats us like a valued customers and always works so hard. Thank you so much Ashley.

Wedding planning visit Wedding planning visit. At the beginning of July, I had the opportunity to visit the Warner Center Marriott as we are in the beginning stage of planning a wedding. Elisa Kotin, the catering sales manager, so kindly spent a good amount of time showing us around during this unplanned visit and answered all our questions. She provided some really thoughtful input and she showed a lot of flexibility and creativity as she showed us the various venues. The Marriott is on top of our list, not just because the venue is beautiful and extremely well kept but because we know Elisa would make the process so much easier with her professionalism.
