Not good I stayed at the hotel from February 6-12 and didn’t have a good experience. I believe the room had fleas or bedbugs and upon check out spoke to the gentlemen attending the front desk to voice my concern, he then contacted the manager who did not have any interest in speaking to me regarding the situation at that time, but did call me within a few hours. The manager stated he would have the room inspected and send me the report and as of today I have not received any information regarding the findings. I have many bites on my arms and legs and was told they would follow up with me. Well today is February 21 and still no information.

Could be better, much better. Dusty room, dirty bed frames and counter tops, dirty floor, found q tips, no face cloths left almost every day, had to beg them. Housekeeper said to me no tips means you lose some service….what? Spoke with Mr Patel, it got worse, almost like revenge behavior by housekeeping afterwards….I say give good service to begin with, then you get tipped! Had to fight for face clothes 3 days…out of 4. Great breakfast but buffet trays are lukewarm only. Coffee not provided as often as told it would be. Staffing issues, which stresses good staff. Will not be returning. They also change their rates every day….low, high, super high, daily. Ridiculous.get a copy of your final bill, which was not left under my door also as custom….as they charge higher and you want proof for your charge card.

Good Stay overall The hotel was nice and clean. I loved the two pillow options on each bed (soft/ firm). The breakfast was decent and the pool was nice. Wished they had a hot tub. My only complaint is that it was difficult to regulate a comfortable temperature in my room. It was either hot or cold. No in between. Not a lot around in-the area, but was perfect for our needs.

Clean place to stay. No complaints about the Holiday Inn in Woonsocket. Stayed on a Friday and room was clean and hotel noise was quiet. Got a good night of rest. Breakfast was standard. Egg omelets and pork sausage. Would stay again.

Liars. Tricksters. Nightmare. King suite with additional room = sofa 24” from the bed. No additional room. Liars. Trap. Won’t change room for what is paid for. Patel the manager is terrible. Rude. Horrible experience. No more IHG for this family. Save your nerves. Stay at an honest hotel.
