Nice, Quiet Stay Stayed here one night on a longer road trip while we visited friends in the Worcester area. Hotel was clean, and the room was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was very easy to get around town.

Amazing service Maria at the bistro is absolutely amazing!! She always has a smile or her face & our food is always hot & fresh!! She has made out long stay here very pleasant! She is an asset to this establishment for sure!! I would recommend visiting the bistro!

smoke-filled hallway; over-priced Lobby appeared clean, staff was pleasant. Clientele was very 'questionable.' Hallway of our room was smoke-filled. Bed was clean. Be aware of 'parking charge' to park in their lot ($20/day). Overall, kind of a depressing and sketchy stay. Would not recommend.

Not the Courtyard I’ve Grown Love Stayed here for business for a few weeks. From the dirty bathroom, dirty air conditioner, used looking towels, broken washer/dryer, to rude and down-right unprofessional front desk personnel. This was NOT their service I’ve come to see at any courtyard/Marriott property. To hear a staff member call one of the quest a psychotic (and that guest be a fellow very tired and sleepy nurse at that) was shocking and caused me intervene on her behalf. The small refrigerator did not keep cold half the time or froze the other time. Water was either cold or scolding hot. TV channel selections are limited & use of a fire stick were capable with the remote provided in the room I was in. Nice balcony to stand on. But not chair or real view to look at. Did I mention the local homeless that loiter the lobby & stay there. Nothing beats trying to do laundry with broken machines and being accosted by homeless people for money, Because someone (front desk staff) told them a bunch nurses were staying there! Thank goodness i moved from this nightmare!
