Not for families. It's an average hotel good for a quick night stay or maybe a business trip. Not really for families. They really need to get their staff to be a little more enthusiastic about their jobs.

Pilot program breakfast This hotel is doing a pilot program on a new subpar breakfast…. Not advertised until you show up for a breakfast and it is horrible! No accountability from management or world of Hyatt! Rethink staying here

Disappointing brand experience We stayed here for 3 nights, and were very disappointed with our stay. The brand seems to be declining. Below are opportunities for improvement: 1) Housekeeping should have a checklist for the rooms, as our room missed out on some basic things. The safe was locked when we arrived, and the shower gel was empty. These things are easy. 2) A few things in the room needed replacement - the sofa had stains and a tear, the fridge made a lot of noise, and the black out blinds were two different lengths, causing the light on one side to stream in. The bathroom is super small, and the TV is difficult to watch from the bed due to the sound from the air con. 3) Membership amenities weren’t provided or proactively offered - there should be bottled water in the room, or offered at check in. We were given neither of those options. 4) The general hotel had a leak in the lobby from the ceiling, and the air con in the hallways didn’t seem to even work. 5) Breakfast was disappointing. Although they did have actual plates/glasses, the options were extremely limited and the quality seemed low.

Worst Breakfast Experience Ever!!! The breakfast couldn't have been more disappointing. Arriving at a Hyatt Place breakfast with disposable plates and silverware, no fresh, frozen, dry fruits at all. Just a few inexpensive, sweetened, and prepackaged cranberries, not even having staple items like bananas, apples or raisins (which are usually the cheaper options offered in some cheap American hotel brands), only 1 choice for bread and 2 for bagels (both, packed in plastic wrap), 1 choice (grape) of the cheapest jam, no honey, artificially tasting scrambled eggs (the sort one gets at other cheap hotels) and not even boiled eggs were available! For the price tag and not at a prime location, which would justify the price, it is totally outrageous. We stayed at this hotel several times prior and the breakfast was a totally different experience year ago ...

Clean and eco conscious Enjoyed an amazing hot breakfast on a compostable dinner plate, instead of chemical leaching Styrofoam!
