Good for the price The price was right. It was clean, a little musty smelling when you went in to the room, but great for a stop over on the way home from a family trip. Breakfast was good.. Nothing too fancy, but they had pancakes and cereal and hot breakfast sandwiches.

Past its Prime I had not been there very long when I thought, "this was probably a really nice hotel thirty years ago." All of the rooms open directly to the exterior. The rooms have been updated some but the bathrooms are showing their age. It is a two story apartment and there are no elevators that we could see, so be prepared to use the stairs. Breakfast is provided but as best we could tell it was just the machine that makes pancakes in a minute. There was very little seating where the breakfast was served and there was a long line of people waiting to make pancakes. We opted to leave and eat elsewhere. One other thing... I made our reservation by phone to ensure we could get a roll away. I was told we had one with our reservation. When I checked in I again verified, and the front desk attendant told me that yes, it was indicated. When we got to the room, guess what? No roll away. I tried calling the front desk on the vintage 1980s phone and I got no answer. I tried at least eight times and never got an answer. When I walked down there the attendant was standing at the desk doing something on her cell phone. I am not sure if the phone there did not ring or if she was ignoring it.

Outdated room with musty/moldy smell My mother, my sister, and I were on our way back to Ohio from our vacation and stopped here on Friday, July , 2024, when we stopped at this Ramada. Check in was fine, nice staff, however, when we got to the first floor room, it was awful. The room did not look clean, the air conditioner/heater was damaged, but worst of all was the overwhelming musty/moldy smell. My mother has asthma and immediately started to get stuffed up and started coughing. We knew she could not stay all night in that room. They did offer us another room, but because my mother can't do steps we could only stay on the first floor (no elevator) and just went to another hotel with elevators.

Front desk inept Took 35 minutes to get checked in tried to charge for same reservation twice front desk clerk put us in a room that was out if service had to return to front desk and wait 20 minutes to get different room
