Quality Inn

Awesome This place had the best customer service we have seen in a very long time! Brian was super nice and helpful as we checked in at 1:30am. He made sure we had everything we needed after a long day of driving. Kim, in the morning was even sweeter! She saved coffee for my daughter after breakfast hours, twice. She didn’t have to do that, but we were very grateful. Great stay! Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Good nights sleep just passing through. Front desk employees get a 5! The young lady at check- in and the guy at check-out were very pleasant & efficient. The hotel and room met basic expectations. Clean and comfortable beds. Great sleep!. First floor had both interior and exterior access rooms. We requested 2nd floor, which we normally do, and those were on interior hallway. Carpeting was a bit worn, but the rest of the room was nicely updated. Breakfast was basic and well stocked. Waffle machine. Preformed Eggs and precooked sausages. Full juice machine. Walmart, shops, fast food and gas at this exit. One night stay passing through Nebraska. Would stay here again - miami91.

Horrible Customer Service I've stayed at several Quality Inn's, the hotel itself was clean and didn't have any complaints there, but the customer service here is HORRIBLE! The initial check in was ok, took a few minutes because guy was on the phone, but nice enough. The next day I had an accident and fell in the shower because there were no non slip mats or grip in the tub. I let the front desk manager know and asked if we could get a mat. She was very dismissive and not at all concerned with what had happened. I told her I would like to file a complaint and she said she would take care of it. I highly doubt she did anything about it because she didn't ask me one question or fill out any paperwork. She was the manager and her hospitality skills were extremely lacking. The next morning I asked if we could get a late check out which I have never had a problem with. The lady at the front desk said the latest they could do was 11am. I asked what time normal check out was she very rudely said 10am. When I looked at my booking information it said checkout was 11 not 10am. We had a ball game that morning and were trying to get packed up. At about 11:03 they came banging on the door to inform us check out was 11 and that we needed to be leaving our room. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where their staff was so RUDE!!! Also to add they don't have an elevator, which for my mom with a bad knee was not easy for her to get up and down. I go to the doctor tomorrow to make sure I didn't do severe damage to my shoulder. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend any one staying here and I will NEVER GO BACK!

Great service I stayed at the quality inn in York Nebraska in June 2022. I received fantastic service while there by all of the staff. I unfortunately left my AirPods in the hotel and did not realize it until two weeks later. When I called the front desk to try to locate them they were able to assist me and provided great customer service for retrieving them. They even had them fully charged when I return to pick them up. Fantastic place to stay!!

Fantastic Service My husband visited the quality inn in York Nebraska in June 2022 he received great service while there. He also left his AirPods in the hotel and did not discover it until two weeks later. When he called the front desk they were able to assist him in locating them and provided great customer service for retrieving them. They even had them fully charged when he returned to pick them up.
