Fabulous Stay for our Wedding Guests Hampton Inn was the perfect host for the guests at my sons wedding. The rooms are immaculate, the service is top-notch and breakfast was hot & plentiful. We had 32 rooms of guests and Hampton Inn Yorkville made every one of us feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for your next event, wedding or vacation stay!

Will never stay at this hotel again It was so bad to the point where when I tried to book with them, I couldn’t talk to no one every time I asked to speak to a manager they laughed about it when I went to the front desk. No one was at the front desk. I would never stay here again the beds nasty. The rooms are nasty, the pool area was nasty. The waterpark area was nasty. It is ridiculous.

Rude staff. Dirty common areas. Poorly maintained. Bad. Bad. Bad. Horrible experience at this hotel. It was once a beautiful property, but now it has declined with terrible maintenance, rude and dishonest front-desk staff, dirty common areas, dirty rooms, and just an all around low mark experience for me staying at any Hampton or Hilton branded property. The beds are terrible also which is shocking since Hampton Inns generally have extremely comfortable beds. I can’t express deeply enough how terrible my experience at this property was.

Great Value for Money Blown away by how nice the refurbed king room was. Didn’t expect it to be so large or so nicely furnished. Bed was the best one we had over 8 nights of hotels. Breakfast was plentiful and good choice and fresh. Really recommend this hotel highly.

Best Choice for Yorkville From the moment you walk in it is a good feeling. The front desk was very helpful and professional. They are starting an update. It is still quiet. The breakfast was hot and good choices. The rooms were clean and comfort . The king bed was great. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
