Best in Class Going to Napa is a wonderful experience regardless, staying at the Bardessono was the icing on the cake! From valet to the front desk upon arrival, you knew your stay would be remarkable and it surely was. The staff is best in class, the resort is beautiful with a sense of privacy. Rooms are spacious and laid out nicely with roomy bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Service is unapparelled with the friendliest staff. Ray, Randy, Nick, Adam and others thanks for making our stay so memorable. Treat yourself and experience the magic of Bardessono.

Okay hotel, not worth price This hotel wasn't anything special. It's nice, but not for that price. Breakfast was okay, amenities in the room are okay. The bathroom has a steam shower which was cool. The room had cobwebs in the corners so it didn't feel totally clean. The patio also didn't feel totally clean so we didn't use it. I wouldn't stay here again.

Dated hotel The last time I was in this property was 4 years ago. I had a memorable experience. Unfortunately, this time around, the hotel feels very dated, towels had holes, bedding is uncomfortable, the room has no blackout curtains. Food is good, but it doesn’t make up for the overall experience.

Great return visit Once again Bardessono provided a quiet and peaceful trip to the Napa valley. Rooms are private and quiet and matt worked with us months in advance to reserve tours and hot air balloon trip. Sad we didn’t reserve spa time earlier but enjoyed our time at Bardessono again!! Beautiful and quiet hotel focused on service.

Beautiful hotel This was our first time staying in Napa and we were very pleased we chose this hotel. Check in was easy, the glass of champagne offered was a nice touch. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We had dinner at Lucy the first night and it was excellent. The hotel also has a car that can take you to nearby restaurants. The French Laundry isn’t far away but given the heat when we were there this service was much appreciated. A complimentary bottle of Duckhorn Merlot was provided in the room. This was not to our taste, we would have preferred a more medium bodied red or a sparkling given the heat but this is just our personal choice, it did not detract from our experience.
