Simply The Best You can not go wrong here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unbelieveable. So many options and the quality was superb. The rooms were very clean and well laid out. The property had many dinner options within walking distance.

Bottle of very expensive wine found We located the person that our bottle of wine was given to. They live in San Francisco, and it was placed in their trunk when the hotel packed the luggage in their car when they left. Not much for leaving it at the front desk for a pick up. The Hotel did nothing to try and find this , the person that got it , figured out who we were as a result of the card that was left with the bottle. Nothing offered by hotel for this very expensive mistake. Nothing except that the manager would “share” the information with his undertrained staff as a learning experience on how to get better. Where’s the accountability? Ownership ? Hello ?

No One to help me try and find what I was looking for , lots of NO , and zero YES I would NOT recommend this hotel. There is zero passion to meet a guest request , with any sense of imagination. Here is my experience - Arrived Friday , later around 11 PM , raining , no one to help with Luggage , check in person on phone. Went to room , thinking that I might be able to have a glass of wine , while I dried off. Ended up in a very cold room that had a sign in the fireplace (big personal selling point for this $800 plus room) .. sorry no fires .... to find no Mini bar . Returned the luggage cart to the front desk , and asked to buy some wine , told can't, person that I was speaking to was not 21. What about room service ? Closes at 10 PM ... Manager ? ... says no!!!! ... couldn't run one from the other part of the hotel with someone that was actually , over 21 .. so I guess there was no one on site, that was over 21. No other accommodation / attempt to provide me with what I was looking for ... this is the theme Day 2 - Left for the day and had some prearranged lunch and wine tasting . Returned , one of the two room we were stayin in , was not made up , around 3:30 PM . Was raining , and had a short distance to TFL for dinner , and asked for car service - was explained that the car was in for service. A fleet of golf carts sat outside . The restaurant sent a car , and we pulled in behind a golf cart from another hotel. I asked and they explained, how it was commonplace for hotels to drive guests to the restaurant , in golf carts, when there was bad weather. Day three - Got up and left for the day - returned back at 4 PM and it was our turn to have a not made up room , that we were planning on entertaining in . Day 4 - check out . Leave a bottle of wine for a local friend at the front desk for pickup following day . Get name of person left with , and the following day , guess what , they can't find the wine . Call , etc. ... still not resolved. Had to do the whole , I'll transfer you to that person that you left the wine with , for you to remind them who you were, what time , how it was packaged , etc. Should have stayed at Motel 6 , expectations would have been met , and I'd would not have prepaid over $1,000 to a management team , that doesn't know how to say yes . Maybe this is the vintage house in Sonoma, not the one in Napa that we went to ?

Wonderful As Always I'm up in the valley almost weekly for work and I always stay at the Vintage House or Villagio hotels. The staff is amazing, and the property and rooms are gorgeous. My stay this week was wonderful and I can't wait to come back.
