Travelers BEWARE Don't stay at Red Roof INN, Yuba City, California Don't stay here with pets unless you want to be charged with a plethora of BOGUS charges. Terrible service at front desk, no housekeeping service, they don't understand English, rooms in need of many repairs, flooding and broken bathroom fixtures, broken heater, blurry television, plugs fall out of outlets. Management is obviously in another coutry (India) and is too cheap to make repairs. But they will lie and try to charge clients for their flooding issues. They tried to blame my Corgi and Chihuahua for flooding the room! Then tried to charge me for repairs! BS! WTF! Bad News Stay Away...

Just WOW Terrible experience had bed bugs and cockroaches and never gave back my deposit. When I asked for a wake up call the front desk young lady was very rude and said “I’ll go out of my way and make a note.” Wow I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Just passing thru.. Room was clean, not alot of outside noise. The noisy fridge coming on every hour was very annoying however. Breakfast was not a full breakfast, but can get you on the road until your next food stop. Would be a better outside view if they would spruce up buildings as it’s pretty questionable as to if it’s a safe place ( even though we had no issues). They do ask $100 refundable deposit for safety reasons so watch out for that when checking in.

Terrible The absolute worse hotel ever if I cld give 0 stars I would so my daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a week or so not once did they ever come and check our room clean it or provided towels then wanted to charge me $116 for a damaged towel and pillowcase when that doesn’t fall under liability!!!and on top of that manager calls the police on. Me oh and now doesn’t want to give me my refund being I didn’t stay the one extra night there that I paid in cash for!the worse hotel ever

Not worth the extra money to upgrade Bed is ok pillows are very soft. Was not worthit for the "upgrade" seemed about the same as the undated rooms as I have stayed I both. Tub was in dis repair and looked nasty. This Is my 3rd stay here it is better then others Here but not much better
