Isabelle/Front Desk is a Pro! This is a shout out to Isabelle on the front desk at Best Western Yuma Mall Hotel & Suites! She SUPER SERVES! Isabelle should be a Corporate Trainer for Best Western! Her knowledge, and experience really shines. 5 Stars to Isabelle and the clean, wonderful property in Yuma AZ!

Esparza int. The best Western in Yuma Arizona is one of the best I've been too.breakfast is good and coffee is always good .. bed and pillows are always soft and cozy really friendly people and always welcomed... Love the pool and grill for a cook out___

Great location. Breakfast was great, attendants were very courteous. The happy hour was quite a surprise, we enjoyed it and the attendant there was very helpful. However, we smelled a lot of cigarette smoking and saw a lot of cigarette butss throuhout the property.

Terrible sofa bed, plugged up sink. We got a suite because we needed three beds for our family. The mattress on the sofa bed was ridiculously thin, you could completely feel the hard metal springs through the non-existent padding. Terrible night's sleep. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up from the first time we used it. The water took forever to drain out. Also, the curtain in the room had a large tear all the way across it, no big deal, but combined with the other issues, it just was one more thing. When we checked out I mentioned these issues to the young man at the desk and he just said Ok. No apology whatsoever!! That completely left a bad taste in my mouth. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because the other queen beds were comfortable. We have also stayed at the other Best Western in Yuma, the Best Western Plus Foothills. It was much better. Stay there instead.

A great stay at a great price Great staff and very accommodating when I first arrived and was able to get the first floor room that I needed. The room was clean and quiet even though it was located close to the pool area. This Best Western is at a great location with easy highway access
