No mercy heartless hotel, only money matters not people The Night audit guy was super rude to me tonight, was pointing fingers on me, raised voice. I prepaid for the night and because my flight delayed- not my fault, I asked Jenny to accept me tomorrow instead of that night. She seemed fine. The 3rd party I booked with never picked up my calls. What the heartless people, they only care about money. If I asked to come tomorrow instead of tonight and they say OK, but then asking me to pay again, then what was the point for me to ask them to accept me? That night audit didn't give me a receipt. I paid $200 for 8hr just to sleep. Next time will be in another hotel knowing that here are heartless people only thinking about extra money. I paid for a night, they had a room, it's not like they super occupied and didn't have a room, just the guy didn't let me to use my booking which I missed yesterday.

The staff is their saving grace, all exemplary The hotel is good, bed and linens are very comfy. Staff is excellent. They need to hire more housekeepers however. Unlike any other hotel I've been to anywhere in the world, they only appear to start doing the rooms at about 2 pm or something. Normally the room is cleaned at 9 or 10 am when guests are out. I am here on business, and when I return at 3 pm (after having left at 5:30), I have a lot of paperwork to do and really don't need to be kicked out at 5 pm so they can do the room at that absurd hour. After 3 days they leave you a note or call you even after having told the front desk your schedule (and they supposedly put in in the computer). Breakfast and the restaurant is excellent. Attached is a picture of the water after showering. Drain hardly functions. Ice and vending rooms have no vending whatsoever. No microwave in the room, only one per floor. Two washers (one of which was broken) and two dryers for entire hotel. If it weren't for their excellent, friendly staff (Valentino, Luis, and the ladies at breakfast should all get a raise) they would get 3 stars. Really either need to drop their "3 day" rule and leave guests in peace or do the rooms in a timely manner, in the late morning like every other place.

Best in Yuma The Best Hotel in Yuma PERIOD. Drop the Mic. I wish we would have stopped here years ago instead of using 5 or 6 others along 1-10. The Radisson has it all and more. Really nice rooms. POOLS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. great Gym. Dog rates the best ever. But the food was the Surprise. Market Grill just may be the best food in Yuma. We has Fish n Chips and myself a burger. Both were Winners. They have steaks and so much more but we kept it simple and we were both blown away haw up scale the place was. I also had small dinner salad that was sooooo FRESH !.Dessert we split the Key Lime pie that may just have been the best in my 75 young years. Breakfast for the hotel guests came with our room. Again the same top TOP Quality food served as a Buffet. I had NEVER seen the choice of scrambled eggs 2 ways. We really did not want to leave.

Hidden Gem in Yuma I stayed one night as a stopover on my way to California. This Hotel has just enough special touches to make it my new favorite there, The building itself is "boutique" style. Rooms were clean and roomy with all I needed for a 1 night stay and then some. Room Service food was good and hot. All staff I encountered were professional, friendly and efficient. It was a very pleasant stay from A toZ.
