Pamper yourself HERE Perfect Rooms, wonderful menus, amazing service at the spa, great swim up pools... all that you might want is available with a SMILE. Go on, treat yourself, this is the place to do it.

best spot in Zihua Very nice hotel, much better than Hilton; quiet and peaceful. No blaring music (a big plus!). Expensive but worth the extra cost for the top notch service and amenities

WOW!!! Last minute vacay spot blew us away We had to re-route our vacation plans the day before travel due to Hurricane Beryl and chose The Thompson Zihautanejo. Let's just say that we are soooo happy that our plans were derailed as we would have never found this gem. The food, beach service, rooms and more exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the swim up room with a private outdoor shower. The hotel overall is modern, stylish, yet still flows really well with the beach vibe. It was quiet but not too quiet. It was easy to stroll along Playa de Ropa beach during the day or evenings and due to the nice breeze, bugs were not a factor at all. But what REALLY made the stay was the service. They were friendly, remembered our names, and provided an outstanding but understated service the entire time were there. Thank you, Thompson!!! We will be back.

Stay Review We have visited multiple Thompson Hotels, but so far this is the only one that has a beach and a very enjoyable one, but what really makes this place memorable is people that always greeted us with a big smile like Eriberto who took care of us from the moment we first got to the beach/pool area all the way to remembering every detail and preference of ours, and doing more than he is required or expected to do, until the very last moment in the property, let’s say he was simply exceptional. Francisco also took great care of us during our time at the beach/pool area and of making sure we got everything we needed. As for our time at breakfast Hiliberto made us feel like we were at home by providing us a great service, accommodating all of our changes, and desires. Stephanie was very gentle and kind by always checking on us and making sure we were being taken care off by her team and checking if we needed anything else and if so getting it to us promptly . Sara was also present during our time at breakfast and made sure to help in any way she could to make sure we were having a great breakfast.
