I have learned so much in this course so far and have gained better knowledge of what Chakra Harmonic Alignment (C.H.A.) is and what the benefits are, for your mind, body, soul & and spirit Sound healing ties together with meditation, yoga, color therapy, aromatherapy and more to keep our natural state of mind balanced and in tune with our true selves. It helps with being present in the moment.

What a wonderful experience! Thank you to Tara and all the teachers for the warm welcome and incredible, fast-paced, challenging classes. I enjoyed every moment with you all! I highly recommend this deal! Not only are the teachers A+++ but the studio is lovely and there is easy street parking right outside.
