Everyone at Sovereign has been amazing; they have excellent customer service. The technician showed up on time and ready to work. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He answered all of my questions about the sugar ants we were having a problem with. He was very knowledgeable of his field. I plan to continue the service in the near future.
