My appointment with Patricia went perfectly today. She is knowledgeable and informative, making certain you understand each step she will be preforming. I’ve already been told twice today that my skin looks “dewy and refreshed”. I will definitely be returning soon!
My schedule is very unpredictable, so getting an appointment that worked with both of our schedules required many text messages back and forth. Shadonna was incredibly patient, kind, and flexible. Once we had an appointment scheduled, I was an hour late due to traffic. Rather than saying we would need to reschedule, as most providers would, Shadonna waited for me! Throughout the entire experience, Shadonna was highly professional and so very thoughtful! I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend her to others!
