Roots & Wings is an adorable boutique with cute clothing for children and adults, accessories, & housewares. They also house a cocoon wellness pod. I bought a Groupon for 3 sessions in the pod which features infrared light & sauna style heat. The heat level was adjustable & the pod features a face fan to keep you comfortable. The shop owner even provided a sound machine to help you relax.

The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
Very fun, compassionate and insightful reading! Messages were certainly on-point and reflected the people I was asking about without having to provide much information. Robert was great with tarot cards and also provided dietary advice informed by traditional Chinese medicine. I highly recommend the reading. He was really fun and enjoyable to work with!
