Four 30 Minute Virtual Wellness and Fitness Sessions
I've had one of my session with a trainer using Flexit, and it was a very good experience. This is a convenient platform with well qualified trainers. I wanted to give it a try to see how it worked, and it's a great option for fitness training.
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
The music was bumping and the instructor was knowledgable and motivating. The workout is intense but it goes by really fast due to the intervals. I am excited to try this out and get stronger.
It was great working with JJ, I felt accomplished and broke quite a sweat. He explains things well and pushes you to challenge yourself. Would recommend.
First time working on strength training. Favio explained the techniques of using weights the proper way of holding your body position. Learned a lot as a first timer.
