I was skeptical at first but my fears were alleviated. I initially had a problem updating the activation code, but after contacting support, realized it was my error of not uninstalling the version of Microsoft Office that I was already installed. After uninstalling the old version & then installing this version, it's been smoot sailing since. The quick response from the support team is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
