I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!

Front desk receptionist was super nice and welcoming , coach hutch was knowledgeable , enthusiastic and like-able . I think the cost of a little hard to make for your old my four year old, nailed it and had a great time.

Had a great experience!!! Desires 10 am ZUMBA class on Tuesday's and Thursday's are amazing!!! You should definitely check them out! I also used the Sauna! It was very nice and clean!

David is passionate about working out and provides a lot of motivation to get you to reach your fitness goals! It’s my first time seeing a personal trainer and I’m already seeing great results within the short time I’ve been working out with him.
