The staff was very nice. Zoe was great. She walked me through the process as she was doing my IPL facial. Zoe also scheduled my next appointment before I left.
While I didn't like the aloe vera gel she used, the treatment was great. Very informative and gentle. This was my first laser treatment, and I'll be going back. But I will bring my own aloe vera gel. I just have concerns with the sanitary aspect because I'm a little bit of a hypochondriac. I haven't seen any big results yet. Only a small difference in the tightness of my skin. But it's a process.

My technician was amazing. She explained the process of laser hair removal, answered all my questions and set realistic expectations. Couldn’t ask for more.
