It is super easy to book an appointment and they try to squeeze you in pertaining to your urgency need. Called 3/4 and was serviced 3/5 at 8-8:15am. No confusion from the employees being aware of Groupon purchase/voucher!!! Which is a big plus in my eyes! Service itself was pretty fast and explained throughout the process from desk attendant checking with technicians often.
