I was surprised at the great deal being offered as I have never used Groupon before. So I was somewhat skeptical of the experience I would have with the GreenClean Team. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of all those that I engaged with from scheduling to the on-site experience. I must give a huge shout out to the gentleman who did the work, Dema. He was very professional even though the job prior turned out to be longer than planned and my mom’s job was the last of the day.
He was courteous, kind, respectful of my mother’s home and is an employee that the company should be extremely proud to employ. He was fair and transparent on the pricing for additional services he was charged with upselling. I will definitely request him in the future when employing The Green Clean Team for another job at my own house. Can’t speak highly enough about Dema and how he represents his company to the consumer!
