Erica, the stylist, is either the best or one of the top two stylists I’ve had at Kenneth’s Training Academy. The front desk person Sat. a.m. 3/29/25 was a total turn-off; did not smile once (though I’m always pleasant), played with her hair braids/dreds, and is totally unsuited to be a front-desk or service person. Might be conscientious but it’s clear she doesn’t like her job, was bored, and doesn’t like customers. All previous front-desk people have been very good. Kenneth’s, you need to pay front-desk people well and have only people at front desk who are professional, have class, and like people.
