I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
The owner, instructors, and participants all have a passion for the practice. It's an inviting atmosphere that wants you to get the full benefits from the offerings. The studio’s interior could use a little TLC. But hey, it's a small intrusion.

Love this place! I’m planning on making it my home base studio and eventually take classes for my yoga instructor’s license! Everyone is very welcoming and relaxed. There’s a variety of classes to choose from. Definitely worth checking out!
