I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!

Really great classes and fun workout option. Jorge and Angus do a great job in their classes. Looking forward to the rest of my sessions.

So far so good. Just started using the workouts, really enjoying it. The workouts will definitely challenge you.
