Rockstar kickboxing in Miller Place is absolutely amazing!!! Everyone from the instructor Karly to the staff who checks you in are welcoming and patient. The classes are invigorating and are for all levels. I would recommend them to everyone!

The course I took for Lifeguarding NY was held over two Sunday which was very convenient and spaced the material very well.
Mordecai covered all the material with great and engaging attitude. The facilities (RVC) were clean and bright. Great experience
