I really enjoy going to George Erb to workout. It is very clean and everyone there makes me feel comfortable. Lots of great equipment and friendly people.
The music was bumping and the instructor was knowledgable and motivating. The workout is intense but it goes by really fast due to the intervals. I am excited to try this out and get stronger.
Had a great experience!!! Desires 10 am ZUMBA class on Tuesday's and Thursday's are amazing!!! You should definitely check them out! I also used the Sauna! It was very nice and clean!
Front desk receptionist was super nice and welcoming , coach hutch was knowledgeable , enthusiastic and like-able . I think the cost of a little hard to make for your old my four year old, nailed it and had a great time.
