The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
Did the sauna it was awesome love the heat! It’s so relaxing and warm. You can feel the lbs melting away! The Gentlemen we had was absolutely wonderful nice, super friendly and informative couldn’t have asked for better. The place was clean and welcoming. Great experience. Can’t wait to do it again!
