Very polite and well done. Made sure I had plenty of opportunity to add services but didn't push anything on me. Gave me an extra discount with my Groupon.
The purchase was easy & download took no time at all. Only thing I had to do beforehand was delete MS Office 365 that was pre-installed on my computer. Easy peasy & would purchase again.
