The tech was so friendly and made it an enjoyable experience with the conversation the whole entire time I was being serviced... Outstanding customer service!
The staff was courteous at a very early hour in the morning. Since I had a reservation they were able to look it up quickly and time at the office was minimal. Of course the driver placed my bags in and out of the van.
My return went smoothly..when I received my luggage I texted the number and received a text that the driver was on his way. I loved returning to a warm car with no snow. I would absolutely recommend Park & Go and the Groupon was an added plus.
