Ryan, Owner/Instructor of the facility is responsive, professional, and skilled at his craft. I have only been to one class so far. However I am very encouraged.

Do you want fluff and useless promises? Don’t come here. Because this is a friendly, comfortable, no pressure environment with a community of lovely people ready to help you push yourself. Class sizes are great, equipment is everything you need and even a little more. The owner and staff are as small town love you can get.

Found Scott because I heard he fixes shoulders and works with injuries. I am training to be a professional beach volleyball player and this strength training is perfect for me. The training is very efficient and effective, he teaches how to maximize strength on every rep and to actually feel the muscles that are being targeted, which is always something I was never confident about. After a couple training sessions Scott pointed out my muscles that were lacking strength and now my shoulder feels stronger than ever and pain free. His knowledge and passion is indescribable, I would definitely give him a shot, you will learn a lot!!

The class was fun and got me sweating. The trainer was great and guided me through the whole process as he juggled other customers. I got the one on one experience needed to learn and get a good workout without having to take all the attention away from other guests.
