I enjoyed my time! My stylist & her trainer were both very personable and knowledgeable. I was there almost 5 hours as they added color too- long appointment but lots of fun ☺️

First of 3 treatments with Genesis Laser. Went great! Practitioner had great bedside manner and explained the procedure well.

Tracy was very friendly and did a great job.

Nikki zen just has to be the best place in Miami for your massages, I mean from the customer service to the mood setting and the concern to know more about what you want and need this place is so amazing, so grateful to have found my forever place after looking for so long. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Nancy was also the sweetest ever!! 11/10❤️
