A great experience all around. I needed to reschedule my original appointment so I called the 877 number and someone helped me right away. I got a confirmation call the day before to remind me of the appointment since I had scheduled a few weeks out.
Jason explained what the Groupon covered and what it didn't, then gave me the option to add anything additional. He explained things well and didn't pressure me into purchasing. I ended up getting about half of the things they offered and it seemed like a pretty good price overall.
All of the guys on the crew were friendly and quick workers. They had a massive hose that ran from their truck outside through my whole house. I didn't have to do anything other than show them the vents and furnace, then they did the rest. I was worried from reading about duct cleaning that there could be some dust blown out afterwards but I didn't experience that. Everything was perfectly clean and put back exactly as it was when they arrived.
The gal that answered the phone was very informative and helpful, courteous and pleasant. They came today and were on time, very professional and willing to answer any of my questions. It was explained to me what would be done and he went to work. The job was done in a timely order. I am so pleased with the job well done. Thanks Chimney Pro.
