Entering into the building you're welcomed with smiling faces, and assisted right away, explained "what to expect", no attitude, just kindness. Dr. comes in, shakes your hand introduces himself, ask your concerns areas, demeanor is very engaging & kind, made suggestion that made sense with my outcome procedure, quick, thorough, and painless.
