The beds are heated and the heat level is adjustable. Great for if you’re getting a massage because it helps keep your body temperature at a good place during the service and keeps you warm if it’s cold outside.

My experience was great, but the person in the chair next to me kept having her person leave to go and handle the front desk when someone came in the door. I will be going back for the full body in 2 weeks. She got out numerous major knots, and I feel so much better, even with just the 20-minute seated massage. Also, they seemed to be overbooked.
Just a warning - if purchasing as a gift, make sure the recipient knows to print the voucher with the bar code. They don't really use names, just the bar codes.
