Indianapolis yoga lovers have their pick of studios, no matter if they’re into slow-paced yin classes or heated vinyasa. At
Breathe Yoga, for example, students work on their breathing and postures in level-specific Vinyasa classes, while at
Invoke Studio, there are more than 75 classes (including Pilates) to choose from each week. Plenty of
gyms in Indianapolis also include yoga among their fitness class offerings, such as the “yoga for athletes” class at
Phoenix Fitness and Training in Broad Ripple. And while it might be called the Indy House of Pilates, it’s secretly another Indy yoga studio, too, with a gentle flow sunrise yoga class, plus yin and relaxation yoga class offerings.
