Honestly had a great first time experience! Autumn made everything so comfortable and even gave me some great tips in relieving some of my back pain. She was such a sweetheart and I will definitely be back to experience the yoga side of release!
What a wonderful boutique with a nail salon attached. The staff was so friendly. Marie made me a coffee and she did my Manny Petty and we chatted. It was a lovely experience. Plus my nails look amazing
